Members of the Trigeminal Neuralgia forum came up with the great idea of the TN Ice-Cream challenge as way to both raise awareness of TN and help people understand what it is like to have TN. People are asked to put a nice big spoonful of Ice Cream in their mouth and hold it for 20 seconds. A lot of the people pictured here were really up for the challenge and held if for as long as they could. Was great to engage with people about TN in Ireland and how they can help. Thanks to the Ailbhe Jagodic and the Health Sciences Dept at NUI Galway for welcoming us and taking part.
There will be a open talk on Trigeminal Neuralgia in the Health Sciences Building at 6pm today, Lecture room 3 in Aras Moyola at NUI Galway.
